Ritz Acapulco All Inclusive, Acapulco

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a major letdown. While the employees were friendly and attentive, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were in dire need of renovation and cleanliness, and the dining options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The pool was overcrowded, and the overall experience just didn’t feel worth it.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is definitely a highlight, with the beach being right in front. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding the staff interaction and room allocation. The rooms, while cleaned daily, are in need of maintenance and updates. Overall, I enjoyed the beach access but was disappointed by the service quality and aging facilities.
